Network Account/Email Self-Service Portal

The account self-service tool allows users to reset their password, unlock their account or recover their account if their password has been forgotten.  Enrollment is automatically triggered when you set up your Juniata account, but to verify your settings visit https://aka.ms/ssprsetup

Changing your Password:

To change your password visit https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info/password/change

Recover your Account:

To reset a forgotten password or to unlock your account follow these steps:

  1. Visit the sign in page in a browser in which you aren't currently logged in at https://login.microsoftonline.com

    • If you are already signed in and prompted for your multi-factor authentication (MFA) but are unable to verify or sign out, try a different browser.

  2. At the sign-in screen, select Can't access your account?

  3. Indicate that you need assistance with a 'Work or school account'

  4. Enter your full Juniata email address and then prove you aren't a robot by entering the characters you see on the screen.

  5. Follow the provided instructions to reset your password or unlock your account.
