Moodle - How to Import a Previous Made Questionnaire
  1. Navigate to course.  
  2. Click “Turn Editing On”.  
  3. Click “Add an activity or resource”. 
  4. Under the “Activities” tab, click “Questionnaire”, click “Add”. 
  5. Complete the set up for a questionnaire. Give proper title, description, etc. 
    1. Under the “Content options” tab, click the radio button “Questionnaire for In-Person Learners” under the “Template” title.  
    2. OR… Under the “Content options” tab, click the radio button “Questionnaire for Remote Learners” under the “Public” title.  
  6. Click "Save and Return to course". 

To make changes to the questionnaire: 

  1. Click on the questionnaire. 
  2. Under the "Administration" block, click "Questions". 
  3. On this page, you can add questions or change questions. 
  4. Click the circled button to edit a question. 
  5. Make any changes you need and click save changes when done. The question is now updated.
