Moodle - How to Create a Forum (Standard Forum for General Use)
  1. Select "Add an Activity or Resource" under the proper week.  
  2. Click on "Forum" 
    1. Enter the Forum’s Name  
    2. Give a description if necessary 
      1. Enter questions/starting conversation here. 
    3. Under Forum Type, click on "Standard Forum for General Use" (this will be the default) 
  3. On the same screen, scroll to "Whole Grading Forum" - enter in the information for grading below
  4. Scroll down and click "Save and Return to Course"
