Having trouble finding your reports in Informer? Here are a few things to check.
- The best way to make sure you are seeing all of the reports you have access to is to click the 'Clear Filter' button that appears above the filters on the left side of your Informer screen
Once you've cleared filters, you can then start adding select filters to limit what you see:
- In the datasources options area you will typically use 'Production New'. If you are not seeing your reports, ensure that one of the other sources is not selected (unless you are using one of those sources).
- The 'Tags' area allows you to limit the reports to only those that have a specific tag. These tags are generally related to the academic or administrative department who typically uses the report.
- You can use the 'Search Reports' box above the report listing to further filter the reports you seeing by typing part of the report name or type of data you are looking for.
